A MINDFULNESS CLASS FOR A SPECIAL SUFFERING

Goal: Use Mindfulness principles and practices (Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Noble Path) to reduce the suffering caused by living in a society hyperpolarized by political beliefs and actions.

Objectives:

Dates and Time: 5 sessions, April 23, April 30, May 7, May 14, May 28, 7:00pm– 8:30pm,
Fee: $75 (Scholarships available)
Location: Mindfulness Practice Center, 1922 E. Park Place, Milwaukee, WI, 53211

Led by Rusty Borkin, with Paul Norton. Rusty practices mindfulness, works in community development and studies history as a way to understand the present. Paul is ordained in the Order of Interbeing and a practice leader.
